The Code of Banking Practice (‘the Code’) is a voluntary code of conduct which sets out the standards of good banking practice that we as banks should observe in our dealings with customers and potential customers.

We want to establish a good relationship with you and also promote good banking practice by formalising standards of disclosure and conduct which we will observe when dealing with you. We commit ourselves to maintain the relevant standards of fairness set out in this Code.

The Code applies as from 1 January 2010.
